Did someone say déjà vu? That’s right: Stella’s heading back to Las Vegas for OPTECH 2025, because apparently once just wasn’t enough. After lighting up Apartmentalize earlier this year, we’re coming back for round two but bigger, bolder, and maybe even a little glitzier.

You’ll find us holding down Booth K12, where we’ll be talking shop, showing off what’s new in multifamily tech, and handing out swag that’ll make you reconsider how many tote bags you can reasonably fit in your luggage.

And if you thought that was it, think again. Stella’s also taking the Fast Pitch stage, where we’ll have four minutes to show off how our platform is changing the way multifamily operations get done with our signature mix of brains, boldness, and zero buzzwords.

So if you’re heading to Vegas for OPTECH, come find us at Booth K12. We’ll have the tech, the talk, and the energy (and probably a few stories left over from the last time we took over this city).
